Sisterhood creates pathways for confident changemakers to drive meaningful change. We believe design is the vehicle to revolutionise social and educational inequality through our community of confident changemakers. We are now looking for senior-level confident changemaking advisors to join our team and help us achieve our vision for growth.

Sisterhood creates pathways for confident changemakers to drive meaningful change. We are now looking for senior-level confident changemaking advisors to join our team and help us achieve our vision for growth.

Sisterhood was coined as ‘The best initiative to come out of Central Saint Martins’ by the Dean of CSM in 2015. As graduates we took the bold leap into founding a kitchen table idea and incorporated it in 2017. We are multifaceted creative entrepreneurs, stepping into our 5th year of creating various pathways for confident changemakers. We are taking our first steps to accelerated growth and scaling the business - expanding our reach and wholeheartedly taking up space in local and global markets as we expand the team and each region we operate in. 

We are looking forward to welcoming a team of changemaking advisors, who with your expertise will come together and share the opportunities, step into our different roles and make us stronger as a collective to move toward actions that will achieve our bigger vision.

Driving systems change through business

This is an invitation for a changemaker with proven experience of working within the VC, systems change and  scaling business landscape to join Sisterhood’s board of changemakers. You have expertise in operating from a bird's-eye level to spot ways in which to support, connect and create pathways within the business to become financially sustainable. 


At this stage of your career, you have established yourself as an expert who has a track record of investing and supporting innovative businesses that work at the intersection of society and economics, in particular understanding the importance and value of driving change through business. You have experience working as a consultant, board member with other impact/mission driven businesses where you have advised on financial sustainability and system-level impact. 


You’re looking to make your mark with an organisation that you believe has real potential for growth and scalable impact; and would like to apply your strategic and creative talents to guide their growth and support them to make progress towards meaningful change. You have a vested interest in championing female founders and reducing barriers to growth for them as leaders and the business.

The impact you can expect to make at Sisterhood:

Empowering Sisterhood to do things differently through their business model that enables them to grow organically. 

Come together to provide economic and educational empowerment to young changemakers.  

Supporting Sisterhood to be the go-to organisation for girls and gender-expanding youth, leading systemic change on girls’ rights - with girls’ insights.

You will do this through:

  • Getting to the heart of Sisterhood’s overall financial possibilities and capabilities in order to design a revenue system that supports them to grow organically. 

  • Spotting trends or gaps where there is potential for revenue (this plays into the larger role of Sisterhood in society) 

  • Monetising parts of the business so programmes always remain free to those who need it most.

  • Creating pathways for individuals and organisations who can financially contribute to Sisterhood's vision.

Being part of Sisterhood’s Advisory Board requires advisors to:

1. Actively champion & advocate for girls rights, the next generation of changemakers through the work of Sisterhood.

2. Be part of building a changemaking legacy from grass-roots to growth.

3. Receive invitation to all of Sisterhood’s events and launches (bringing along relevant people within your network).

4. Immerse & train in our culture - values, vision, mission etc.
