About Sisterhood

Sisterhood creates pathways for confident changemakers to drive meaningful change. We believe creativity is the vehicle to revolutionise social and educational inequality through our community of confident changemakers. Our vision is to see a world where every girl and gender-expanding changemaker can confidently communicate and design the change they want to see.

There are 4 main pathways that unlock potential, purpose and creative currency in our changemakers:

1 - Social Impact Programme - a 12-15 week programme, in which you gather with a cohort of up to 15 girls (once a week, for 2-3 hours) who work collaboratively to design an outcome that addresses social and gender-based issues they care about and/or are impacted by.

2- Changemaker Programme - a 6 week programme in which you gather with a cohort of up to 15 girls (once a week, for 2-3 hours) to grow in awareness of their personal skills, passions  and agency to use to drive change for themselves (and their community).

3 - Sisterhood Summer - A 2 week intensive entrepreneurship programme for the next generation of changemaking businesses. Aimed at  16-20 year olds, Sisterhood Summer provides industry level entrepreneurial education, in partnership with NatWest Thrive.

4 - Creative & Entrepreneurial Workshops - Workshops to introduce girls to creating social change using their creativity, entrepreneurial spirit as a method to build confidence and self-esteem. These are bespoke and we cover a range of topics/themes

We work closely with schools to ensure that whichever pathway is delivered, it is embedded within school hours or the academic timetable.
